1A. There are many types of files on the website, our most popular option being seamless files. When you purchase a seamless file, you get a file that is perfectly cropped to repeat the same images in a way that is perfectly repetitive on fabric. You would take the file to a custom printer, tell them the scale you want it printed at (inches x inches) and they will print for you!
PNGs is our second most popular option. These are transparent files that can be printed onto sublimation paper for transferring to fabric or these can be placed onto a fabric "panel", which is a scaled yard of fabric that makes the PNG the right size to put on shirts, dresses, bags, or whatever else you may need!

Other files such as blanket files, multi-yard files, etc. are scaled to a yard already so that all you need to do is take the file to a custom printer, scale to a yard, and print!

2Q. My milestone/other custom did not get sent to me. Where is my file?

2A. Any custom file has all information, including email it will be sent from and TAT, in the item description. Please scroll down on the product page to view all the information before purchasing.

3Q. Where can I find my purchase?

3A. Downloads will be sent to the email you checked out with. Check the address carefully because if there is a typo, you won’t receive your downloads. Please save them so that you can access them in the future! If the download link is lost, you can reach out to rosegardengraphics@yahoo.com. If the link was a freebie, the file must be repurchased to claim. So please make sure to keep freebies in a safe place!

4Q. Do you do customs?

4A. I currently do not make full custom seamless files or PNGs. I have some custom options, including custom clothing tags, custom background changes, and isolated matching file backgrounds available in the collection “Customs”. I also offer custom multi-yard files, which are located in the “Multi-File Yards” collection.

5Q. My order says completed, but I don’t see an email with my order?

5A. Please check your spam folder and your check out email. Your downloads will be sent to the email you checked out with, so if you checked out with a work, school, or family member’s email, it will go to that email. If there was a typo, it will go to the email that was typed in, and so to change it, send me a PM! The earlier the better! Also check to see if your file your purchased as a TAT. Custom files, such as blankets, background changes, personalized PNGs, etc. will have up to a 3 day wait.

6Q. I clicked download but I don’t see my file. Where is it?

6A. So far this has only happened to those downloading on their phone and trying to download file bundles, which are purchases that include more than 1 file, so there’s 2 options! Option 1 is to go to your phone’s file section. You should see all your downloads that didn’t go to your images there. That’s because it downloads as a folder with 2+ images that must be opened first before you can save them. Option 2 is if you switch to a computer, you should see all your downloads in one place.

7Q. I bought a multi-file/blanket custom and can’t download it to upload to my printer, or the printer’s website is saying the file is too big. What do I do?

7A. Those images are so big because they have to retain quality when stretched and printed to a full yard, so most of the time they cannot be downloaded to a phone or sometimes even uploaded to the printer's website. In this case, you can place your order with the printer and just send them the direct Google Drive link that I send out to you.

8Q. What printer can print on [fabric base] with a TAT of [time frame]?

8A. Please refer to our website, rosegardenprinters.com for all printer related questions. At this time, we will not be approving any more printer posts on the Facebook group page.

9Q. What scale should I scale my files for when making [item]?

9A. When scaling, the number you choose refers to inches. So when you scale your seamless file 4x4, you are choosing to make the file you download from my website as 4 inches by 4 inches. So if you're ever wondering what scale will work, pull the image up on your computer, measure to the scale you're thinking, and hold up a bow, shirt, etc. to see how the scale would look. Adjust accordingly. If you have any other scaling questions, your printer would be the best to ask as they can scale the image to your needs.

10Q. Can I change the background of the PNG?

10A. PNGs have a transparent background, not a white one. The white is just to show the preview of the PNG. The transparency of the background allows it to be printed as a sublimation transfer or on a custom panel with any color background you want.
